Cinnabon at Schlotzsky's

Schlotzsky’s at Harker Heights, TX 76548 The dining area was spotless, and the staff was very attentive. It’s clear they care about customer service, which for me is something very valuable. They come across as a customer oriented, well established place. Let’s go straight to the point about what brought me here. At first, I was a bit skeptical because I had read a review that left me with some doubts. But since I’m the type of person who prefers to judge based on my own experience, I decided to give it a try. I love cinnamon rolls, that’s the main reason I came. I also wanted to give Cinnabon a fair chance to be evaluated based on my taste. I ordered a Classic Roll and a “Center of the Roll” (for those unfamiliar, it’s the same cinnamon roll but cut into pieces and served in a bowl). Ea

Lady at the window. Rude. Cinnabon I received was clearly. Old. Manager seemed quite complacent on the phone. But the bottom is COMPLETELY HARD There’s no way this was fresh. I feel like the rude lady at the window went to search for an old hard Cinnabon for me. Becusee there’s no way. Just no way this is what they’re serving to all the customer. I was polite and this is the only thing I ordered lol. Manager tried to tell me it’s the cinnamon. No. This is burnt and old. It’s literally hard as a rock.

We went in at 9am, the cinnamon buns were stale. We asked if there were any that were more fresh, the cashier told me with a straight face that the ones we were given were only baked two hours prior. Obviously a lie.

The lobby wasn't cleaned and the African American man had attitude when taking my order, very stand offish.

My sandwich had no lettuce and way too much mustard..soup was watered down..next time I'm going to check my food before I leave
