Cinnabon

Horrible service multiple times we've been there. The employees need to train how to respect/value and give the excellent service to their customers. The cashier boy that's on duty yesterday afternoon appeared very lazy, boastful no manner. (If you don't like to work, go home man, you don't deserve the money that you were earning from cinnabon)

They refuse to accept birthday rewards. The email says “show to team member to redeem” but the woman insists that I have to download the app. I’ve read the email and there is no mention of the app being necessary to redeem and there isn’t even a link for it. I’ve redeemed this coupon at other locations through the years with no issue. The cashiers have the code they need to redeem it. But she says the app has the code. When I showed her it says just to show it to her, no app. She said it’s for participating locations and this Cinnabon is independently owned. If it’s not a participating location for this offer then why am I being told to download the app?? Honestly doesn’t make sense. Also bought cinnamon rolls here on a separate instance and they were stale.

This is the WORST Cinnabon I have ever been to. Went yesterday 5.17.25. I asked for three rolls WITHOUT the glaze. They said come back in 15 minutes. When I did the guy who was preparing the roll added the glaze. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes. On top of that it looked pale and undercooked. They ought to close this place

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was welcomed with a “what can I get you sir” then she slammed the rolls down in the box. To top it off, the rolls didn’t rise properly and were under cooked. They were terrible. If they continue down this path this location will not be open for much longer.

$8 for a large (not so large( cinnabon) ....I'll just try to make it at home at this point. Prices go up sizes go down. 🤷‍♀️
