Cinnabon

I had an amazing experience at the Cinnabon in Louis Joliet Mall today! Destinee and Kiara were absolutely incredible. They had a sale going on — buy two, get one free — and at first I wasn’t interested. But their personalities and customer service were so on point that they talked me right into it. They were patient, kind, and really made me feel welcomed. I even asked for the middle bun because it looked soft and gooey, and they let me know it was fresh out of the oven. They weren’t kidding — the heat was coming straight through the bag! I just wanted to highlight that they did an amazing job. I genuinely felt appreciated coming to this location today. It was a great experience all around.

Destiny is absolutely amazing!!! She definitely knows the meaning of customer service! I was so undecided about what I wanted. She was so patient and knowledgeable about every item offered! With her assistance I was able to make my decision at my favorite place! Thank you Destiny!

My daughter and I were waiting outside of cinnabon for a good 5 minutes+ because it was empty and there was no closed sign or “out for lunch” sign we were pariently waiting. After a bit we went back to auntie annes to ask if she (the manager) knew what was up and all she good us was that they were understaffed and she couldnt leave the other girl alone. Which i understood that’s corporate rules but conveniently as we were walking away we saw the auntie annes worker come in so then we came back to cinnabon and the manager went over to Cinnabon and attended us.. I asked her why she couldnt tell us they were understaffed when she had seen us standing infront of cinnabon and she stayed silent and when i told her “we were standing there for 5 minutes” she said “5 minutes aint even that bad” and

Jordan, Kiera and Jessica were all so polite and had the best vibes when helping me! I had to share since it was such a good experience and you don’t get that often nowadays :,) Thanks guys!! Happy holidays <3
