Cinnabon

Waiting to order no staff member acknowledged us. They looked up and stared no “ we will be right with you” but one of the girls did have time to pull her cell out of her pocket. Understand they were all busy doing something but come on! Ive had bad service but the first time I’ve had to come to google.

I usually eat a Cinnabon about twice a year. After this experience, I will just make my own. They were stale, and barely had any icing on them. Why is your quality going downhill so fast?

Went right when they opened and was sold day old for fresh price. Tried cutting it and just smashed rather than come apart. There was solidified cinnamon on the bottom and cold in the middle but luke warm on the outside

The super handsome curly haired guy made sure my order was right and he had the best customer service! Will be coming back!

Two days in a row, they have been out of any size package of rolls. Two hours before closing and they've already stopped making anything. The teenaged worker said they know that people come in after work "around 5pm" to pick up boxes. If they know that, why aren't they making any more to fill their stock? Why are they listing that they are open until 8pm when they are functionally out of product by 6pm?! The cinnamon rolls are always delicious and moist. They are unmatched in product...if you can get them... but the service is terrible. The mall is open later than they are, which is fine, but when they're out of product consistently, there's a management problem.
