Cinnabon

We like to get the bonbites sometimes. But not again after today. The worker ripped the card reader away when I went to pay, she then selected a tip FOR ME. A gratuity is chosen by the customer based off the service given. Not for the employee to choose for you. Not okay.

Honestly the cinnamon buns are mid. They aren't like super delicious nor super disgusting they are just okay. But for the price you'd expect them to be delicious. But what's disgusting and appalling is the service here. The older Hispanic lady who appears to not speak English at all is SUPER RUDE. Along with the other kid who doesn't seem to speak English either. They both ignored me while I was waiting for a while until a big group of people appeared. Then they helped them instead of me. I told them I had been waiting for a while and even made eye contact with the lady. But she just continued to ignore me. Not even apologizing. How unprofessional. Will definitely NOT be returning.

The cinnamon rolls are good, but we have the starving student cards that according to my mom were issued last month and the employee today was saying they don't accept them anymore, if they don't want to accept the coupons anymore they should at least put up a sign.

My visit to this Cinnabon was great! Teresa was an exceptional employee and treated all the customers very well! On top of that, the desserts were amazing!

We thought we were getting, a once upon a time, an amazing cinnamon roll and ended up getting a chewing piece of something called cinnamon roll - it was terrible! The dough was extremely think and chewy - the opposite of soft and delicious to the taste. Never again will I eat these terrible cinnamon rolls
