I've been waiting on this location to open up!!! When I signed up for Cinnabon Rewards, they gave me a Welcome Offer to redeem a 4-ct Bonbites with any purchase! So I'm glad this location is close to where I live so I can try them out again! I don't really like the parking at the Antonio Plaza though, but I am grateful to have found a parking spot during the lunch hour. Now today, 8/22, Cinnabon celebrates its 40-year anniversary by offering its Reward Members $1.25 Classic Rolls from 12p - 4p at participating bakeries. Staff doesn’t know how to handle situations like refunds or coupon situations. My worst experience as an often customer was receiving a raw cinnamon roll today and try to speak to the manager and was told he was not their ! I was told they don’t know what to do and I had to wait for around 30 minutes for a new cinnamon roll. Very disappointing experience for me:(

The WORST Cinnabon ever! I feel certain this was not even a real Cinnabon! Probably frozen or something. It tasted frozen. It had no fluffiness. Horrible. Go somewhere else. Also, my daughter had a pretzel there and it was overcooked. My daughter got a headache from the intense chewing required to eat it. I took a bite and I agreed with her and threw it away. If the owner reads this, please fix your product. Cutting corners is never a recipe to increase sales.

I came from Italy to visit California and as fan of Better Call Saul I couldn’t help but try cinnamon by cinnabon. Simply delicious!

I was considering going down a star for paying $8 for a single cinnamon roll. Then I remembered one scoop at Cold Stone is $8 dollars and cheeseburger at McDonald’s is pushing $16. That is the way prices are right now, so who am I to deprive myself the delicious warm freshly baked cinnamon roll. The place was clean, the staff are really nice, you just can’t complain unless you’re a big grouch. Remember folks, the only way to feel better about paying eight dollars for a cinnamon roll is to eat a cinnamon roll
