Cinnabon

Went this morning with my son to the mall and promised we’d grab Cinnabon on the way out. I stopped by before they officially opened, and the gentleman behind the counter was so nice and let us know that the hot ones (my son’s request) were coming out in about five minutes. We came back, and the lady who rung us up was also super nice! Our Cinnabon was just as we expected it would be, and we’ll be back again. Thank you for the wonderful service this morning!

I had an awful experience with an extremely hurtful manager named Sally and ended up getting food poisoning. This is by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had. This woman spits poison. I used to always get Cinnabon when I lived in other cities and the rolls where properly baked and delicious. I could tell that they where rushing and I ended up getting totally undercooked and raw roll. Naturally I brought it back and complained politely but Sally was EXTREMELY rude and argued with me. She would say that’s how the buns are supposed to be. She mocked me and made fun of me. I paid with my credit card but she gave me cash and I said I needed it back on my card she said in an extremely rude spiteful voice “what is cash not good enough for you”. TL;DR: Extremely long wait times, thieves, unprofessional ownership, lazy employees, horrible portions and is overpriced for what the quality of food they sell. Took 5 minuets to make the customer in front of me a regular lemonade. As I was waiting in line for 10 minuets wanting to buy a classic the cashier tells us that they're out of cinnamon rolls and to wait 30 minuets for them to bake. She offers for me to pay for them and she will have them on wait for me when they get done. I made my payment and I come back and wait in the huge line, again. I get to the counter and some other employee tells me that they're out again and they just had a "huge rush", Not only did i waste 30 minuets of my time, the employee was giving me attitude for something i already paid for while I was trying to

The service was excellent, very courteous and friendly. Buuuut the classic rolls were small, cut incorrectly, very little cinnamon and very little frosting! They were very tasty but still disappointed! I get them regularly down in Orland and theirs are the way they should be made, the right amount of cinnamon and frosting, they don't hold back and they make a mess when you eat them! A couple of the associates working in the kitchen area didn't look very happy to be there. Every Cinnabon I've been to all the associates have a smile and look like they enjoy being there!

Not a good location. I'm a Cinnabon fan, but this one has consistently low quality. My Cinnabon I got today didn't even have their normal frosting. It was some kind of marshmallow replacement I think. Often they are overcooked and dry.
