I have had Cinnabons all over the country. They have never disappointed...UNTIL NOW!!! On Saturday, 9/13/25, my husband walked from our hotel to get me a Cinnabon around 10:15am, and bought one bun. He said the only employee present appeared to be trying to handle different businesses: (Cinnabon, Auntie Anne's), simultaneously. In any event, it was the single worse Cinnabon I've had in my life. At best, it was a day old (probably more). It was shrunken, dry, and improperly frosted. I have kept Cinnabons fresher for 3 days in my own home! This is the first Cinnabon I found inedible. I trashed it. Does anyone at that business care? I won't waste time, energy, or money there again!
I went out of my way to go get Cinnabon and the website says there open but they are not
This Cinnabon is no longer open. Very Disappointing. Someone please close this one on google
