12.22.24: Visited the mall to pick-up a last minute gift and of course had to hit up the Cinnabon since I was there. Plus it's holiday season and I'm all about the gluttony. It was my first time at this particular store and I ordered a Classic Cinnabon and a Cookie BonBite. You can't go wrong with the classic Cinnabon! It's consistently great in taste and texture and what is expected of a cinnamon roll. What sets Cinnabon apart from other cinnamon rolls is somehow they've mastered a soft moist melt in your mouth dough, yet it's not soggy at all! Now on to this new Cookie BonBite. We just went today on Sunday the 12th, there was a young guy and a older lady. She was very rude and giving lots of attitude. Can easily tell when someone hates their job. Also for kids eat free on Sundays its only when you get single cinnamon rolls not a whole pack? Only says with purchase of baked goods?

Usually we spend money at Cinnabon but today when we arrived they were not honoring any specials that were being advertised on their signage. Even while I spoke to the workers, and pointed out the specials scrolling on their digital sign they said that for the holiday, there were no specials. Merry Christmas, pay more. Also, everyone knows they skimp on the frosting now. 🤬

Typical treat for the family. The bun was not as hot as usual. 4 stars today. Shooting for a 5 star next time!
