Cinnabon

I came to this Cinnabon location to have a small bit of breakfast while my wife and I were in the mall the other day. First of all, the classic roll that I received was not fresh. I also found out that they do not serve decaffeinated coffee at this location and you would think that if they wanted to keep their customer base- they would offer more options? Anyways, when I got home from having the classic roll that they served me that wasn't fresh- I ended up vomiting in the toilet in the bathroom at my residence over the roll not being nice, hot and fresh. This location needs an entire reworking to get good people that know what they are doing to run this outlet. I won't be back and I will tell others to stay away from this location until some things are done right and the food is fresh and

Refuses to even acknowledge promotion at store opening time on August 10th. There’s a deal where if you buy a bakery item, you get free cinna-bites for a child between certain hours on Sundays starting on a certain date. First they acted like they didn’t know anything about it. Then they said it was only valid for the first date on the T&C. Then they said it was only for certain locations. When I showed them that their location came up on the map they still refused to give it to me. They kept making excuses not to honor it. Truly lazy and incompetent staff.

I don't go to the mall too often, but always stop at cinnabon for a coffee. The same lady is there every time and she is so sweet!

Rude woman working. Didn’t even bother finishing making an order even as I was craving Cinnabon.

Love this place!!! Always fast and friendly!
