Cinnabon

I can with two of my friends to this location. We usually stop by for cinnabon anytime we are in the mall. I love this location cause the staff is super nice and the food is always good. My friends are also very happy with this location so thats a plus. If you like cinnabon come to this location i promise they are some of the nicest people with the best food.

Amazing customer service. Lady handling the register is very sweet and calm..I think she is great manager. Rolls are very fresh. Drinks are great too..my kids love West covina location

Pretty much the worst Cinnamon location. Had a discount code that said show a worker to redeem but the manager said he wouldn't honor it because they are a private owned location and don't have to. Was pretty much rude and condescending. The other employees there are barely decent. When giving them my info to verify they needed me to spell yahoo😑. Lastly, the buns look like they've been sitting out for hours with the crust topping dried up to the point where it's brittle. Would not recommend giving them your business unless you want to risk stomach issues from food left sitting for hours.

We stopped at the west covina plaza . We saw this place in mall. We ate cinnamon bun in Malls so many times,but this is worst place to have one. My kid likes the cinnamon sticks so I bought them. After opening the pack they are piece of wobbly dough not a crunchy stick that you expect. I get so tasty cinnamon sticks in our place. I guess they don’t know how to make cinnamon sticks. In photo I cannot show the wobbly ness though.

This small location is staffed by an uncaring employee who always tries to give you yesterday's unsold bakery items, while displaying behavior that denotes she is doing you a favor. Additionally, you are the only customer at the counter, ordering through the app in front of her and she still needs to see your phone to verify that you placed the order. Someone needs to retrain her. I will not be surprised if this location has very low amount of sales.
