We pulled up and went to the place next door because they had better Google reviews anyway. But it seems they are closed on weekends. Your info says you are open on saturdays… Enjoy 1 more 1 star review for not bothering to update your hours on one place people check hours and reviews. Drove 45 minutes just to find a hand written sign on door that says you will be closed.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! Den of thieves! I bought a deli slicer from this store. And the same day it broke on me. Didn’t even use it once! Plugged it into the wall and it thickness selector knob broke and would not raise or lower the chesse to be sliced to the correct thickness. Immediately called the place, and they blamed us! Saying we dropped it and it was our fault and they would charge us for the repair. They clearly stated a 30 day “warranty” when purchased. They were now blaming us and that we dropped it and it wouldn’t be covered by them. We did not do anything to that slicer to cause damage to it. No dents or scratches were present on it when returned. But they insisted we dropped it! And now they won’t return our slicer if don’t give them more money for the “repair”.

My experience with them so pathetic that I am sadly here to warn anyone else that is considering buying equipment from them: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. Slow response, no service, multiple follow up calls and emails are required for any service help...they say they'll get back to you and they never do. Chris the sales guy sold us a lemon- it completely died in less than 4 months of light use...and the owner offered us less than 10% of our money back for it!!!! Bad business. For 5 different reasons, these guys don't care.

I started my food truck business, and medieval was the best option i could choose. Great service, advisory, and the best alternatives in every type of food trucks Really, this is a great place to get awesome restaurant equipment. i recommend it!
