Absolutely pathetic handling of snow. An entire month later and handicap ramps on sidewalks all over the city are STILL blocked. Big intersections such a route 16 have curb corners full of snow, making turns into it drag into the next lane. Just take a drive through the city, and look at how many sidewalks are full of snow, requiring people to literally walk on the street. Despicable municipality, parking enforcement will parade up and down the street, but when it comes time to actually do work, city personal sit with their thumbs in their backs.

The flooding on Air Force Rd is a persistent problem that the Everett Department of Public Works seems unable to solve. Despite constructing an entire dam for water management, the road still floods and remains a mess. Initially, they would close down the road, but now they seem indifferent, leaving cars to break down and cause significant traffic issues. Additionally, it's concerning to see workers in department trucks frequently running stop signs and not putting their directional on. Thats par for the course in Everett, MA… aka the Wild Wild West where they allow parking on both sides of a street but there’s only room for one way of traffic. It’s an absolute joke of an infrastructure.

I called a couple times today about covered server drains being covered in snow. Then they send GINO in the monster truck lol. He was amazing cleared not only the sewer drains but also the curb’s for the school children
