I've worked in this area for years having these nasty people fallow me around trying intentionally to put me in jail. Telling me go somewhere else. You are nothing but thieves milking public money. Paula perotti is a disgusting joke. Knowing they've been caught trafficking minors in their school and she's spent years on the PTA board? How its been covered up. Their city office is located on Hayes property. Those people are part of the homeless services, and suspect human trafficking group affiliated with security companies. It does me well seeing your property empty and UCSB getting federal lawsuits. Its time you take your own advice. Recall this destructive idiot. Let's work on securing some jail time and fines.

Based solely off the fact that their building inspectors will never answer the phone to give an inspection time. If you email them, they tell you to call & when you call they don't answer and don't return voicemail. Seems you have to drive all the way to the office and sit around until they feel like speaking with you to get a time. It shouldn't be so difficult.

Every day all day there are many cars with the hazard lights blocking the street at Magnolia Ave. In Goleta sometimes there is no way to go through the street, that's not fair, Nobody has the time to wait until they want to come and move the car

Don’t care about their small local businesses, parking needs to be enforced! Illegal commercial street parking and they disregard. They think coming by and slapping a sticker in windows is going to solve the situation, it’s been an ongoing issue for over 2 years+!!!
