After recently moving to Kzoo and experiencing a unique parking problem, I worked with Karen R. several times during the process of resolving the issue. She was so nice and helpful - which changed the whole tone of the situation. Going into it, I was expecting a lot of frustration - but Karen changed my whole outlook from apprehensive to optimistic. thank you!

Water tastes like chlorine. Is it safe to use in my swimming pool? Also, why is the water always rusty/yellow?

rarely actually picks up brush/leaves/bulk trash as scheduled, when I report missed pick ups they claim they cannot pick up due to very short missed pick up reporting windows that frequently change
