Their customer service is incredibly rude. Sandy was Unbelievably rude and didn't even listen to what I had to say or show any sort of understanding when I called to tell them I have no water. Unbelievable and unfortunately this is the only water in town. When I asked her to hear me out and show a little compassion she hung up on me. I don't know her last name but Sandy is the lady's name.

Shut off our water (not upset- we understood we were behind) Paid the bill immediately. Called right away. Let them know situation. Put us on list to get water turned on. This was by noon. Call again at 3pm to remind them water isn’t on and I’m nervous because I have 3 kids. They let me know first person didn’t put us on the list to get water turned on so they would. Call again at 4:55 just to make sure we are on list and water will be turned on. They say absolutely. It’s almost 7pm- no water. Great at shutting water off for the community but not turning it back on. Financially nobody is perfect. But if you can shut water off so aggressively. Working just as hard to get it back on should be a priority.

The dump site is now next to the dog park right by the blue water pumps. The water there is just for flushing your black tank. Over by the front they have the potable water.... locked. We were there after hours and we could only dump and not refill our water tank. 😒

Even with the sign saying "next left" for the dump site, it's not obvious of where it is. Not the next immediate left into the small parking lot, right passed that along the main road and it's down a ways tucked between some bushes. Pics show what it looks like and about how far away you're looking toward the corner where the building is.
