Utilities department never answer the phones. Insane that you have to go there Simply because they choose not to answer. Do better because we are now paying way more with new this new company/system y'all shoved down our throats. Be more responsible.

The experience I had with the woman who answered the phone regarding a simple question about paying a bill on the website was very unprofessional. Her attitude was uncalled for. If she doesn’t like her job, she should avoid interacting with customers. It’s a sad reflection on the system.

I needed help transitioning my home to a rental. Everyone was welcoming, helpful and patient often going above and beyond to make sure all was done correctly. Happy to be part of this community. Shout out and special Thanks to Mark and Vasti for their kind help.

I’m giving 2 stars cause it runs but this is how The water looks In this city. It’s greener than it it even appears in this picture. I complained and the said this is normal due to the aquifer. None of the surrounding city’s water look like this. I have to chlorinate it to clear it. Why doesn’t the city treat it? This can’t be good to drink nor would any normal person wanna drink this if offered to you. I’m paying for this and it’s not cheap. Water treatment isn’t cutting it here! All I can think of is how Flint told there residents the water was ok when it didn’t look ok. This is the only place o have been to with green water. Maybe posting this will make someone do something. Like the mayor? Hello.

City of north lauderdale is the worst it gets when comes to utility billing. It's seems like they charge whatever they want, always messing up with my bills. They sent me a $2100 Bill by error. Can you imagine if I was doing auto pay 🙆
