In the past years of receiving service with this utility company, I have never had any major issues. When I knew that I was going to be late on a payment, I would call them to let them know. But they would tell me that I would still get charged a late fee, which at that time was only a small percentage of your bill. Just like everything and everywhere, prices have been rising, but our paychecks do not. I basically live paycheck to paycheck and can not rely on getting 40 hours a week every week. It's been a while since I have been late on a payment, so this time, I did not call them. I figured it wouldn't make any difference they're still going to charge me a late fee. This is Isaiah Kuhlenschmidt just called in regards to my trashcan being refused to be taken out several times and for some reason when I called, they had told me due to those reasons that they couldn’t take it out which I think they should be mandated to move it if they have to Because I have kids and I can’t just go out the way and move a trashcan. I thought that was your job. I pay my tax money in the area that I stay is their job to make sure my trash is being taken out at all times. It is not my job to make it convenient for someone else when it’s obviously in an open spot. It’s not hard to reach. I would respect that you would take my trash out.
