This pizza is as close to perfect as one could hope for. The pies are an ideal thickness and the crust was a perfect amount of crispy. I tried all of the pies they had, and they were all great. The Nonna was my favorite. The line to order got understandably long, so if you're in a rush get to the brewery before the pizza window opens so that you can be one of the first in line. The beer at Cartesian is also excellent and it was a nice comfortable seating area.
