CJF Fine Chinese Cuisine

This is my favorite Chinese Restaurant. The staff are so polite, cordial, and genuinely want to provide excellent service. The owner Chef Edward is a stupendous gentleman. He is so kind and a great human. Now onto the food. Most restaurants skimp on the protein. Not CJF. Their servings are awesome! The protein the veg ratio is unrivaled. The individual plate is enough for 2 days of eating. The family style is massive! The food is always hot, delicious, and cooked to perfection. Love eating here. The chefs really care about the quality of the food and the way it tastes. I try to stop in every time I swing through town and usually get the Mongolian beef. My sister loves their fried rice. My partner loved the general chicken.

Staff is nice and friendly. The food that I got didn't taste the best. I got orange chicken and chew mein noodles with pot stickers. The orange chicken's texture was pretty bad 3/10 flavor as okay I'd give it 6/10. The noodles overall were 5, they weren't anything special. The pot stickers weren't crispy and taste wise they seemed okay I'd give them a 4.3/10. Perhaps other foods from the restaurant might be better but the items I got, panda express can make it for cheaper and the quility would be similar

Run, don't walk away from this place. One of the worst meals I've had in a long time. As soon as the person at the walk-up counter told us the owner doesn't believe in serving pancakes with the Mu Shu Pork, we should have left. The Walnut Shrimp had so much disgusting syrupy sauce I couldn't eat it. It was $18 and I threw it away. The Crispy Pepper Chicken was decent but very oily/greasy. My friend coukdn't finish it. There was no service. Not even sure if the owner is really familiar with what authentic Chinese food should taste like. Why are they in business?

Christmas Eve Dinner with the family. Chef Edward always presents amazing dining experience that you would expect from a fine restaurant. He is very kind and despite the service rush he slowed the world down to make us feel like the only ones at the restaurant! Excellent service. Quality food with amazing flavors tastes rich and yet healthy. You’ll be amazed how little you break the bank for a satisfying meal.
