I walked in yesterday and I just want to brag on the two ladies who were so kind. They made me feel so comfortable in these hard times. They were very patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. Also, they were very professional while still having empathy. I have major anxiety and this was such a relief. I will always remember how kind they were to me. So thank you so much again Ms. Ty and Ms. Melanie. I hope I spelled their names right Ms. Ty is the wonderful lady at the front desk and Ms. Melanie was my amazing nurse!

Just had a visit today and special shoutout to Nurse Margot Walsh she was very helpful and nice. Prices are good, and this facility was way more helpful than urgent care.

No one here doesnt want to help sick or hurting people. No matter what time i come in ESPECIALLY WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR, I cant get seen. And they always say " well we don't know how many walk ins we're gonna have and it's on a first come first serve basis", my thing is how many walk ins are you allowing before it completely ends? They never tell you they probably take in like ten to fifteen people within the first ten minutes of opening , and that's all the walkings they can do and anybody that comes in after 815 will not get seen unless they have for appointment. And you can't book an appointment because for some reason, it's all booked out.It is always booked out for at least a month.I would be dead before I can get an appointment here! They do have SOME good people working here.But obvi

Please be aware of potential billing errors or being overcharged. I was overcharged nearly $50 during my immunization visit. After noticing the discrepancy, I asked for an itemized bill, but the extra charge wasn’t listed anywhere. The total outcome of the bill still came overcharged though. When I returned for my second visit to complete the immunization, I brought up the issue again. Fortunately, the second clerk I spoke with was very helpful and worked with an accountant to investigate the situation. We found that the first clerk had not only overcharged me but also entered the wrong amount (another completely different number) into my billing record. While it might have been an honest mistake, it felt shady that the first clerk seemed to have been aware of the error but never mentio

Not open doesn’t take any calls showed up at 8am doors not open, stayed till 8:30 still not open. I called with no answer
