I have had lunch from here once and that was really good! My wife and I recently tried their "take home dinner" meals and were disappointed in that. It's frozen food in a plastic container that you are supposed to microwave for a few minutes and then eat. The food wasn't very good and they instruct you to microwave the container which is made up of black plastic - the worst kind for you. So I would only recommend this place if you go their for a "fresh" meal that is made to your order.

I’ve had a great experience here. Since starting, I’ve lost weight and feel much better overall. The guidance and support have truly made a difference. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing if you decide to dine in, which makes the experience even better. I would definitely recommend it.

Very disappointed with this place. The marketing and reviews are misleading. I got kale and quinoa as a base… no where on the menu does it say it comes with rice. There was barely any kale. Like nothing at all. Barely any veggies, just saddening that a bowl is $15 and barely comes with anything, just mainly base :(

This is an absolutely delicious and delightful place to get food. Their staff are always friendly and the food tastes good. They have good vegetarian and vegan options. Not only does it taste great, but it also is good for you. My body is always happy when I eat here. Be sure to check this place out of you are looking for a healthy place to get lunch or prepped meals for the week.

We love the ease of getting prepared meals for the week here. The extra protein option is great to have and ensures the meals are filling. I’ve also been impressed with the customer service at this location, they are very responsive to feedback!
