Clear Sky Draught Haus

Went here thinking the draught house will have limited cuisine options. Oh boy, was I wrong! The food menu covers a variety of cuisines and makes it tough to make a pick. The appetizers were delicious and the drinks were served promptly. Service was timely and great. The restaurant gets busy in the evenings and it’s advisable to make reservations to avoid a long wait. Our table ordered a variety of dishes and everyone liked their food but were not overly thrilled with any dish. Tried the brisket and was not a fan. The Haus Calzone that my friend ordered seemed frozen in the center and had to be sent back. The restaurant is a good hangout for a few drinks and appetizers. The entrees dint impress. Pricing : Moderate high.

A very interesting mixture of bar and breakfast restaurant, old time diner and sports bar, with plenty seating in the sun room, cozy booths and high tables in the main room, and some outdoor seating. Parking on-site fills up quickly but there is plenty of parking just across the street. I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh air that didn't carry any traces of griddle grease or spilled beer. The staff is as attentive as can be and smiling seems to be their resting face. The Swiss Bliss omelette was flavorful featuring tasty Swiss cheese, the coffee was plentiful and the 2% milk for the coffee came in a small jug.

We've eaten here dozen times and the food is consistently excellent. I, especially love the Power Bowl! The outdoor dog-friendly tables are well shaded and nice for puppy socializing. They also hold many events that are fun and rewarding. Overall, I recommend trying it if you have not.

Draught House absolutely knocked it out of the park from start to finish. This was one of those meals where every single item at the table delivered, and then some. Let’s start with the drinks—because they deserve first mention. The Sappy Old Fashioned was incredible. Perfectly balanced, smooth, and crafted the way a proper old fashioned should be. You can tell real thought goes into their cocktail program. The spicy margarita was equally impressive—bold, flavorful, and not overly sweet, with just the right kick of heat that lingers without overpowering the drink. Easily one of the better spicy margaritas I’ve had. Now the food… outstanding. The lobster mac and cheese was loaded with lobster—real, generous chunks, not just a hint or garnish. Breakfast is outstanding. Menu selection has many creative options. The quality of the food is as good as it gets for breakfast. It's hard to make breakfast exciting, but this place does it. Breakfast is my favorite meal, and this is my favorite breakfast stop. Our Server, Haley, knew everything about the food and stayed on top of keeping us happy. Even the prices were excellent. You will NOT be disappointed. My only complaint is that it is not closer to my house 🙂.
