If you’re looking for a full on gluten free experience where you can have no fear of cross contamination or being judged because of it then Clementina will set you free. They have gluten free focaccia! They have gluten free pasta that is not just penne in red sauce! They have gluten free desserts! Overall, I was very pleased with Clementina and definitely want to bring my family here. With everything carefully curated for a full on gluten free Italian experience it’s definitely worth it!
Incredible food, atmosphere, and service. Carolina was lovely, attentive, informative, and fully on her game. Fun wine list with great BTG options. Food made my GF wife so happy that we made our next reservation half way through our meal.
I was a huge fan of ALICE by Montesacro and have been looking forward to Clementina since I heard about it. I’ve been here twice since it opened last week and was blown away both times. Amazing service, lively atmosphere, and incredible food (gluten free or not)! Especially impressed by bread/pizza texture, my gluten-loving friends couldn’t tell at all. As a celiac, I’m so excited and grateful to be able to safely dine at great restaurants like Clementina without compromise. Big shoutout to Giovanni for the warm hospitality (even chased me to my Uber to give me the leftovers I forgot). 100% recommend and will definitely return!
I’ve now been twice and am already excited to revisit and try new things. I do have some favorites so I’ll share. As someone who does eat gluten I was very curious about the bread so we started with the FOCACCIA E BURRO (there’s a variety of small pieces to try) I absolutely loved the squid ink but each one was truly delicious. The RISOTTO CROCCANTE E MIDOLLO I wish I could eat once a week. Definitely my favorite so far. The COSTOLETTA ALLA MILANESE is also up there— incredible. I was curious how a GF pizza would compare and was very pleasantly surprised by the simple MARGHERITA, really tasty. Finish with GELATO DELLA CASA (that salted Carmel yummm) or the BUONANOTTE AMORE, CIAO. So so good. An entirely GF Italian restaurant? Unheard of and truly a gem. Can’t wait to keep coming back.
Went here for dinner and it was delicious. Staff extremly friendly and attentive. Love the fact that’s everything is gluten free.
