Click & Collect Curbside Pick-up at IKEA Paramus

A little hard to find, but smooth once you locate the click and collect. Head to the green level parking (one level up) & enter through the “exit”. The click & collect desk is on the right.

Very confusing as no signs for click and collect. Enter through exchanges and returns, go to the first floor taking the elevator. It’s on the right

Easy ! They have a new system where you create a ticket and wait for your number to be announced to pick up or return goods

We were waiting for about two hours for an order which was supposedly ready. We ended up cancelling it and buying the items in the store. After a few days they charged our credit card for the items we didn't pickup:(

Terrible delivery company don’t waste your time . Had to reschedule because they did not follow up on the paper work , they wasted more of my time because I did not receive the second delivery date neither .,,,IKEA needs a new delivery company their service is extremely poor needs a lot of improvement ,,,,
