Charge a customer a late fee on a bill that’s not due until the 19th is RIDICULOUS !! If the 19th of the month falls on the weekend and your office is closed then the consumer shouldn’t be penalized especially when you are paying BEFORE the due date that is listed on bill. There needs to a different process put in place.
Had a great visit at Clinton Public Works Department. The clerk was very kind and professional and the staff is very hospitable.
They were quick to answer the phone & kindly answered all my questions about recycling. Great customer service in my experience!
