Coastal Capri Ristorante

My first time here. This is a fine dining Italian restaurant. Lots of tables. A perfect place for a special occasion or hot date. The food was delicious and beautifully plated, the cocktails were great, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend the Orange Roughy special and the Rice Balls appetizer. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. It's easily accessible off 278 in the Palmetto Dunes area of HHI. Highly recommended!

A wonderful dining experience, from the initial greeting until walking out after dinner. Marlene was excellent. From giving us the specials to offering dessert, she was top notch. Very comfortable with her. She was friendly and engaging. Everyone in our party chose something different for their main meal and everyone enjoyed their dish. There is plenty to eat, so you won't go away hungry. The complimentary red pepper dipping sauce with the bread is superb. There wasn't one thing to complain about. Great job by the entire staff.

went here to celebrate a friend's birthday day. the service and food were good. It was extremely loud and hard to hold a conversation. Some of the tables are close together. My friend loved the banana fosters. was scared of possibly losing an eyebrow:). The pistachio cake was nice and fluffy. We asked the waitress what was good and she said everything. Usually the chef does better at something. The bread on the table was very good. They had dishes you normally don't see carbonara & rigatoni. They also had two different gnocchi dishes.

The bread/tomato/butter appetizer on the table was delicious. The entrees were alright but some missteps that really made it meh. Soggy breading, undercooked parts. Pasta was fairly hard. Desserts were not good at all. Overall, not impressed with the food and wouldn’t go back. Our service was phenomenal, and our server James was amazing. Best part of the night. The ambiance is nice.

We have returned to coastal capri because we enjoyed the food the first time. We have spent more than 2 months on Hilton head island and after tonight’s dinner coastal capri has become one of our favorites. Tonight we ordered a shrimp appetizer which was superb. The sauce was capri sauce and as the young woman at reception said consistency is the main issue One outstanding amazing occurrences was that the owner I believe remembered what we had ordered. We shared both the starter and the main course and there was no charge. We will return and recommend it greatly.
