Super Fun Find! Went to explore Greenville’s West End today (Rise Bakery) and didn’t find anything enticing for lunch there, so we walked three-four doors down the street and decided to give Coastal Crust a try. So glad we did! The Caesar’s salad was amazeballs good. It was huge, plenty for two, and had a little heat I’d never experienced in a Caesar before. I even like the croutons and I’m not normally much of a “salad guy”. My wife and I also had the Brussels - so delish. The Brussels have neat little nuggets of smoked pork belly and a drizzle of hot honey. They’re prepared in the pizza oven and are insanely tasty. The salad was so big, we decided to take home the Brussels and split the pasta dish I ordered. The Capellini with meat balls, crazy good. Two giant meatballs with p
Such a pleasant surprise! The 45-minute wait paid off big time. Great wine and thin-crust, wood-fired pizza. The truffle mushroom pizza with prosciutto was insanely good. Started with a bread plate and fresh pesto with whipped butter, so good! Oh and how can I forget the apple cobbler, yum!
Waited about 30 minutes for the appetizer (bread cart) and another 15 or so for the lunch….. but it was so worth the wait! I got the wood fire Calabrian chicken pizza and wife for the pick two arugula salad and caprese sandwich. Our waiter Hailey was also very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. 10/10 would come again
One of my favorite places to pick up pizza from. The fig and prosciutto is to die for. Seriously, I dream about that pizza. I would say this place is better to pick up from than dine in. The time I did go in to sit down, the service was somehow both rushed (ready to get us out and hesitant to explain things on the menu) and inattentive. Even picking up, is a little uncomfortable and awkward, but the pizza is worth it. Just get in and out quick and enjoy your meal in the comfort of your own home. Also they sell soda by the bottle, not a fountain machine. It's nice soda, but not a great option is you want to go and spend some time hanging out and having dinner with friends.
Great salad right off the swamp rabbit trail. Our server was great. Fast and efficient. Orders came out exactly as we ordered. I was sitting right under the ac vent so therefore the 4 start atmosphere. We had salads but have had their pizza before. That’s delicious also. Highly recommend.
