When you call a place 3 times and leave 3 messages about making an appt, and they still never call back….yea, seek help for Loved ones elsewhere bc this place clearly is not there for good.
The counselors and the director is dishonest. They exclude parents from the child's therapy goals. They care only about their bottom line.
There are well checks w/ the R.N. on this day. Encouraged me to ask questions.
