Very nice, good wins, and losses. Overall, I was comfortable and would return.

You let your staff take away from the customers and play especially on top of it on the clock! I’ve worked for many sweepstakes and they never let them do this! Especially the ones locally around you. It’s very unfair and it makes us angry when they take away from us when we’re winning. I think it’s very wrong and so do a lot of customers there. Especially we’ve seen staff take money out tables and play it lol! You should really revise your rules. Because their is a lot of theft probably going on! Very unprofessional. DONT LET YOUR STAFF PLAY!

I couldn't cash out one night because I was told my ticket didn't show up. All they had to do was look at it from the camera and see that I hit and cashed out
