Coffee Barn Merrick

It’s a drive thru barn selling cute coffee but only cute no taste ❌ think it’s just cute for pictures but the coffee itself wasn’t worth it especially for 2 coffee’s for $17. They even beat Starbucks prices. Tasted watered down and just wasn’t it. Got the rainbow cookie latte and they ran outta rainbow cookie so the guy gave me a brownie instead. The menu is tiny to see

I visited around Halloween specifically to get my hands on one of those lattes served inside an actual pumpkin. The decorations were 10/10. The whole place was decked out in a fall theme that I absolutely loved. It’s a drive-thru only spot, and while it’s known for getting incredibly crowded, we went right when they opened on a Thursday morning and were able to breeze through with no line. The Barn has a great atmosphere and a lot of potential, but unfortunately the beverages really missed the mark during our visit. We tried several drinks—the ginger, snowman, cookie dough, and Christmas-themed drinks—and sadly, none of them lived up to expectations. The flavors felt unbalanced and underwhelming, especially for specialty and seasonal beverages that should be warm, comforting, and memorable. A few tasted artificial, others lacked depth, and overall they just didn’t feel thoughtfully crafted. That said, the place itself has a nice vibe and the concept is solid, which makes this more disappointing than anything. With better attention to drink recipes, quality, and consistency, The Barn could be much better. For now, though, the beverages definitely need improvement.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited The Barn in Merrick and it was such a fun seasonal adventure! I took the LIRR from Jamaica (just about an hour ride) and it was absolutely worth the trip. The drinks here are unique and totally live up to the hype. My favorites were the Pumpkin Latte (so rich and festive), the S’mores Latte (a must-try), and the Apple Cider Shake (refreshing and delicious). I also loved that the Apple Cider Donut Latte came topped with a fresh doughnut from @JerichoCiderMill—it was the perfect fall touch. Not only were the drinks amazing, but the staff was warm, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. TikTok made me do it! lol and I have to say I was not disappointed. I visited during the weekday - walk in and I must say i received incredible service. The fall decor was such a vibe and my chai in a real pumpkin made it 10 times better. Worth the trip! Edit : Back here for their Christmas holiday specials! Love it here!
