Coffee Hound

The drinks taste good and the pastry was okay. Atmosphere was relaxing and layout was comfortable. However, their customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. The barista did not greet or acknowledge us until we said “hello”. To our question which pastry is the most popular she just mumbled something looking very bothered. If I walk into an establishment where I’m bringing my hard earned money I expect certain things and, frankly, wanting someone to at least greet you is already a low bar. If they smile it’s automatically a good tip from me and a high likelihood that I will order something else and come back again. I wish more businesses hired truly customer service oriented employees.

Charming coffee shop with ample space and relaxed atmosphere. Major props for being pup-friendly! Clean restroom. My iced latte was smooth with good taste. It was 6.45 after-tax for a 16oz iced latte with two flavors (coconut mocha).

Our favorite coffee stop in Harrisonburg when we're traveling through. Great vibe and excellent coffee. Waiting out the snow this morning. Perfect!

Excellent Coffe and a really chill-cozy vibe! Went there on saturday morning and it wasn‘t too busy. They also have a few baked goods (probably from a local backery) that are really fresh and warmed up for you if you wish so. Really great experience! 🙌

What a treat to watch musicians here AND be fueled by caffeine. Came here on a whim bc my teen son said there was a pop up musician performing. Drove one and half hours-- was not disappointed. Everyone was a vibe and was so nice. Next time we're in town, stopping in again for sure!!
