First time here since they just opened! It clean and new in slower part of Alameda plaza, so it's a nice little stroll towards this location. The guys in the store was friendly and had good service. They were new to the store too so can tell they were also figuring things out so it was a little slower service compared to the other established one. But all in all I'd go back, for my usuals and when they have their seasonal flavors. I tried their churro and honeycomb cornbread with berry jam, to my surprise I chose honey comb cornbread and added a mix of the sweetcream ice cream, topped with Graham pie crust, white cake and KitKat, I think I maybe onto something new! When my dear wife Deborah of 7 years is experiencing a bout of hysteria, I take her for a nice calming cone at cold stone creamery. That always seems to calm her down. Well NOT TODAY. She ordered the mint chocolate chip, but requested Oreo cookie pieces instead of chocolate chips, a delicious substitution. My wife is so astute when it comes to food pairings, a trait which I admire dearly about her. Unfortunately, when she received her ice cream, her hysteria morphed into a full panicked breakdown because her Oreo cookie pieces were not properly mixed into her mint ice cream, a minor mistake which of course seems very magnified in her state. She forced me into the backseat of the car and drove us home, where she placed me into my restraints in the basement and proceeded to physically accost

Been here a few times already since they've opened. Always had a great experience. The area is clean, the staff are pretty nice.

Brand new shop in Alameda's Southshore Center. It was busy, but staff were fun to watch. Nobody else mixes ice cream and toppings on frozen granite slabs. Super good blended ice cream.

Twice I have ordered online & is ironic my order has been completely what I did not order.... product is good so here is my overall review & I always tip!
