Cold Stone Creamery

I received a $5 gift card and tonight was the time for using it. The parking was packed (6pm on a Sunday) so I needed to be patient but once I got a spot, I stepped in and was pleasantly greeted. My order was simple: a Gotta have it (the largest size cup $8.59) of the sweet cream with a serving of blueberries mixed in. The massive ball of sugar and milk was put onto the marble slab, the blueberries went in and then it was all scraped together then served in my requested cup. I started eating it there but it was much larger than expected so I took the rest home. The place was busy with folks walking in to get their sweet tooth sated, families with little ones and adults by themselves. After my $5 gift card was applied it was just $4+ for that huge cup.

My recent visit to Cold Stone Creamery in Altamonte was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. Their welcoming attitude immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The store was clean and had a vibrant, cheerful atmosphere, which made it a great spot to enjoy a treat. I decided to try the Oreo Cookies and Cream flavor, which came highly recommended. The ice cream itself was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Every bite was smooth and perfectly balanced with chunks of Oreo cookies, adding a satisfying crunch to the creamy texture. My first time going into a cold stone in Orlando. The ice creation itself was great. I ordered the birthday cake remix and my son had chocolate overload. My reasons i give this place 3 star rating is I think the cups are a little small for the price. We had "like it" which is a small cup at 6$each. So if you're taking the family out this might not be the place to go if you are on a budget. Second reason is appearance of the restaurant. Outside of the restaurant was only half the sign lit and there was a lot of trash and cups by the door way. Not appealing at all especially since this location is in cranes roost. Even in the cooler weather ice cream is a must and we never miss the opportunity to visit this Cold Stone store when we are in the area and sometimes we just go out of our way to be in the area😊 I have visited other locations and have made this my preferred store as it is always clean and the customer service is top notch. My family is always greeted with a warm welcome and even if there is a long line the employees work briskly to complete orders. When there are new flavors or we can not decide what flavor we have been provided the opportunity to taste new flavors or try a different flavor with out hesitation.
