Cold Stone Creamery

Horrible experience The manager David was very rude and unprofessional the head boss doesn't care about the customers. How does the website let you order for delivery and I never received it and they won't refund my money or remake my order. I went onto the COLD STONE website I did NOT go thru a 3rd party. $40 for nothing and not even an apology just rude! Me and my kids love Cold Stone but this particular location is the WORST one I have ever been to!! This location gives the Brand Cold Stone a bad name and look.

I don't have a cold stone creamery in my area but I was excited once I knew there was one near me. I've been here twice this far and my order has been consistently great. The staff are going, but they have been professional while I visited. The ice cream was also great. I ordered the Founders Favorite.

A few samples are allowed. Although one worker seemed to angry after returning from the restroom and never changed facial expressions after coming back to serve customers, the customer service for another was very helpful and friendly. The chocolate dipped waffle cone was decent with the Our Strawberry Blonde flavored ice cream.

I love the ice cream and the customer service is usually great. My only complaint is most times when I go they don’t have the chocolate dipped waffle bowls. The employees say the manager is the only one who can make them and they bounce around from store to store. I wish they could train more people to make the chocolate dipped waffle bowls.

It was okay. Not as good as I remember. No cones. Staff not very happy at all. Cafe area not the cleanest. Ice cream tasted fine. Over mixed the ingredients but still good. The small is like a medium which is nice but I didn’t finish it all. I probably will not be back for awhile.
