Iv’e been coming here since I was a little kiddo. The staff was very nice and attentive. The ice creme was so delicious and creamy. I did a DIY ice creme: french vanilla ice cream, oreos, cookie dough, pecans, and chocolate syrup. It was very nice. I couldnt even finish half of the smallest cup they had. 11 dollars approximately. I really enjoy your ice cream; however, I would like to share a few comments regarding the staff on duty. I noticed a lack of professionalism: little to no smiling, an unfriendly welcome, and some hygiene rules that do not seem to be followed (no gloves, hair not tied back, among other things). I also found the staff’s attitude quite unpleasant. Considering the quality of the product and the price paid, I believe improvements in these areas would be very beneficial. Thank you in advance for taking this feedback into consideration.

Cold Stone Creamery never disappoints. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients, and the mix-ins are always fresh and generously portioned. I love being able to customize exactly what I want!!

I love the coffee ice cream and the oreo ice cream.

Ordered a cake for my mom's birthday and was told that they didn't have the cake when I went to pick it up. The employee did offer me a different type of cake it was very helpful. My mom always gets a particular cake from Cold Stone for her birthday because that's her favorite cake and I was very disappointed that they didn't have it.
