I went for ice cream with my kids and surprise to see they have Rocky Mountain chocolate too. The biggest surprise is the Dubai Kunafa chocolate they have for sale. First time seeing an ice cream shop with the chocolate factory option to buy. if you’re around this place and looking for ice cream then this is one must place to go, youget ice cream plus chocolate too. I highly recommend and will visit when I’m around this area.

This store is also a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. The closest to the Bay area as the rest have closed. Got 3 specialty caramel apples. Well over $30. The 1st apples inside was soft nearly past the edible shelf life. Pictures attached of the other 2, cores were brown and rotten. Waste of money, had to toss, as it's impossible to know the apples inside till it's cut and consumed.

The Ice cream here wasn't bad to me it's the service and attitudes these younger kids carry here at this location. I ordered the birthday cake ice cream, everything was fine about it but the fact that it was only one person working inside of the store while two groups of people were waiting patiently ahead on me and It took 20 minutes to finally order and was frustrating. Then she nicely told us I will be right with you soon. I really love Cold stone ice cream but they have to do much better on their customer service. I ordered my ice cream around 1:30 pm on a Saturday before I was going to the movies and I honestly expected more staff to be working on the weekend.

The Cheesecake and Kulfi flavors were absolutely Delicious 😋 Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend!! Me and my son enjoyed our Ice cream date here 😊
