Management needs a reality check. One person working, helped first in line then proceeded to cover 6 online orders while we stand in line. Waited for 35 minutes with not so much as a word aside from we will be right you. After they started the next order we left. No one else in the store as we wait. Highly frustrating.

Ordered through DoorDash and was skeptical at first getting ice cream delivered. However, the team packaged it sooo well! Couldn’t get enough of the delicious Banana Caramel Crunch, so I ordered a Love it size, and happy that it travelled well! Can only imagine how great it would be if I got it in the store!

bad quality ice cream taste like water and didn’t even fill my cup the hole way, at least give me what i paid for like you dont have to make all the ice again just add a bit more

I understand you guys open at 11:45 but if I were trying to do customer service and do customer service well especially if I have seven people waiting on me to open outside that's seven customers paying over $10 per ice cream that's you make an over 70 bucks in less than 15 minutes you're going to tell them they need to wait until 11:45 in order to purchase stuff when people are trying to go to work and school and stuff you just lost business right there. I was there watching people turn away that's crazy I guess I'll go buy it tub of ice cream from Bel Air. This happened at 11:33am this morning

True disappointment. The ice cream is so tiny. $8 plus tax for a tiny 2 inch diameter, 1 inch tall cup. Plus it was melted because they kneaded it too long on the stone. I think their stone isn’t cold enough. Probably trying to save electricity costs. Save your money and taste buds and walk 10 steps to bel air and get a gallon tub of premium ice cream for the same price.
