Came in very excited, but left disappointed with the service. Despite me greeting the worker, I didn't get a hi, hello, or how can I help you, I instead got an annoyed "what do you like". I greeted the worker again, in case he hadn't heard me, but he still didn't respond appropriately. I tried to look at the flavor options, but it was visibly hard due to the ice fog present in the display freezer, so it took some time, as there was no one else behind me. Nonetheless, the worker seemed visibly annoyed. I took my time to select so I could be pleased with my order, and once I paid, the worker said that the tip doesn't have to be cash but can be added to the card. More like 3.5 stars. Not often that I come here but every time I do, I realize how many choices there are. My go-to is chocolate and cookie dough. Very simple combo. I always get the biggest size "Gotta have it". They barely mix any cookie dough with the ice cream. The "mix-in" portion definitely got smaller. Servers were very nice and patient.

Overcharged me everytime I go it’s infuriating. They get the amount of ice cream for the size wrong and try to compensate by throwing a plain extra scoop ontop when I ordered a signature ice cream with mix-ins MIXED IN. Then proceeded to charge me for two additional toppings because I asked them to throw the same mix ins on top of the large plain scoop of ice cream they threw ontop of my large cup. Terrible customer service and I used to work at Coldstone in Glendale 10 years ago so I know how things are supposed to be handled. Don’t waste your time going to this location, Glendale is better.

This is the last time I will purchase an ice cream cake from this branch. I ordered a midnight delight cake 3 days in advance. Went to the store, it wasn't in the freezer, and the associate couldn't find it in the back. Another associate asked what I ordered and said there system isn't working, I mentioned this was previously ordered. There was a lot of back and forth and then finally a cake was produced. This thing looks like a home project my kids made. Haphazardly made, almost like it feel and they tried to salvage it. It's lopsided, missing frosting, and there are clear gaps in between the cake and filling. This is extremely disappointing especially when it's so expensive. Horrible establishment and waste of $40.

Expensive and nasty. Even my ten year old didnt like it She said the cotton candy had no flavor. I got the churro mess, yuck. But the waffle bowl was pretty good. So $20 something dollars for ice cream and I only enjoyed the waffle bowl. To each his own, but for me, never again, not even if it were free.
