Don’t ever buy from this store, I paid using an offer on uber eats form this store which is “buy 1, get 1 free” so i used it to get 4 ice creams, I paid for them to be medium size… when I received them at first sight they were 2 medium size and 2 small size, I complained about it by the uber app, so we did not open’em yet, After dinner we did open’em and it turns out the 2 that were “medium size” they were actually small size, the workers at this place put the small size cup inside the medium size cup to make it look like they were medium size… I can’t believe what the workers of this place did, they should be fired, I bet this is not the first time they do something like this

Today was the grand opening of Cold Stone here in Elmont, and it did not disappoint! The place was packed with excited customers, and the staff handled the rush like absolute pros. The vibe was energetic and fun, and you could feel the excitement in the air. I ordered a Gotta Have It size creation with a scoop of sweet cream and a scoop of cheesecake ice cream. I loaded it up with Butterfingers, golden Oreos, and peanut butter cups—all mixed together and served in a dipped waffle bowl. The combo was insane—rich, creamy, and full of flavor in every bite. The sweet cream and cheesecake ice creams balanced each other perfectly, and the candy mix-ins added the perfect crunch and sweetness. The dipped waffle bowl took it over the top. I was having a jolly good day, I was ecstatic to treat myself for some ice cream after a long day of hard work. However, I was stuck by an astronomical train of people. It shook me to my core, but I was determined. When it was my turn to order, I had a conversation with Anthony and Syme. They were very polite and patient young men. It somewhat made up for it, with the excellent customer service, but it is unacceptable to wait for my gotta have it banana caramel crunch with brownie for a ridiculously long time. At the same time, I cant put all the blame on the workers because it would be unfair for the amount of workload that they have to deal with.

Not a great experience.. I asked for the surrender to strawberry in a cup with extra cake. The extra cake wasn’t put in the ice cream but then on the side? TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE I FOUND A HAIR IN MY ICE CREAM. The strawberries were so frozen that you couldn’t taste them and they were in edible.

I think this store would benefit from having more staff during service. The wait time was too long. No one should have to wait 35 minutes to get ice cream. Great location but more help needed.
