Staff here is really cool! Very clean place with a very big selection for toppings. Also has ice cream cakes. I got french vanilla and Carmel drizzle! Delicious

I want to express my gratitude to Salvador for his exceptional service tonight. Despite the long line of customers waiting to be served, he maintained a flawless and cheerful demeanor throughout the evening and showed excellent customer service.

Isn’t the whole point of Cold Stone to have cold ice cream on a cold stone? Mine was already melting and sliding around before I even left. I walked into the store, locked eyes with the staff, and got zero greeting. Then my husband walked in a moment later, and suddenly they found their voice. Maybe I was wearing an invisibility cloak without realizing it? Either way, skip this location. I live only five minutes away, but by the time I got home my ice cream looked like soup and went straight into the freezer. And the prices? Like It is $9.4x, Gotta Have It is $10.4x. Just a $1 difference—what’s the point?

Really disappointed with the quality of the ice cream and ingredients. Either cold stone has really gone downhill or this particular branch is terrible, but the chocolate devotion we ordered had stale brownies and chocolate chips poorly mixed in with the completely average tasting ice cream. And now they are charging $9.49 for a Like It size?! Incredulous.

So disappointed. I’ve been craving ice cream for awhile so I decided to stop by cold stone and treat myself. I also go a waffle cone and as I scooped the ice cream I see a thick black hair. Seriously?! Really grossed me out and threw it away.
