This place is AMAZING, if I could give it 10 stars I would! My family and I went here after doing our taxes because you know taxes are boring but important so we wanted to treat ourselves haha. Anyway, this place was awesome, the worker was friendly, welcomed us and let us take our time looking at the menu and order....I'm the one that struggles on picking what I want 😅. The ice cream looked fantastic and tasted fantastic! ( French Vanilla with sprinkles....im very basic 😂). The place was also clean and organized! 100% coming back here!!!!!❤️

I love the ice cream it is always delicious and Sarah is so nice you should always give her a tip she works hard and she is always there when I am there good staff

They gave me soupy ice cream and the employee had to be told what ingredients my ice cream had 3x times. My friends smoothie was also didn't taste like anything.

I always loved coldstones but I’m starting to see this establishment change in a way that I’m not pleased with. The service used to be so welcoming and friendly but now it seems as if the Workers act like they don’t want to be there. Also, one coworker fixed my friend order with love and the young lady who did mine act as if she had an attitude. The ice cream is great but I sure hope this issue improves because People love ColdStones but with unwelcoming people and nasty attitudes isn’t worth it. I also read other Reviews and they agree also!
