Cold Stone never disappoints. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and customizable with tons of mix-in options. Watching them prepare it on the cold stone slab makes it fun and unique. I tried [insert your flavor choice, e.g. “Cake Batter with brownies and sprinkles”], and it was the perfect sweet treat. The staff was friendly and made sure everything came out just right. A little on the pricey side, but worth it for the quality and experience.

Definitely one of the best Cold Stones I have ever been to. I came here with my wife on Valentine’s Day and even with the long line, we were served very quickly. As opposed to other locations, this particular Cold Stone provided our sundaes with ample mix-ins ensuring every spoonful tasted delectable from start to finish. The base ice cream was noticeably fresh, balanced, and had the perfect consistency (we have experienced a more melted/liquidy consistency in other locations). To put the cherry on top of the perfect frozen treats, what stood out was the customer service. The owner actually came out to speak with us about our experience and provided us with coupons for our future visit! 10/10 service and product!

Overall a great experience. Staff was very friendly. The store itself was clean and organized. You can tell the staff was trained well and enjoyed working there. All the ingredients were fresh, especially the brownies. The new fudge truffle was amazing.

Stopped by 30 mins before closing time bc my bf and I were craving something sweet before our drive back to NYC. We asked for Oreos as a mix in and instead of actually mixing the toppings in with the ice cream, the employee placed 2 full oreo cookies on the scoops of ice cream. I get that it’s almost closing time but if I’m paying nearly $8 for a SMALL size, the LEAST you could do is provide me the product how it’s meant to be prepared. Karma came and did its thing though because shortly after we paid, 2 families of 5+ got on line. This is why you shouldn’t take shortcuts just bc you’re lazy!
