Cold Stone Creamery

We stopped by Cold Stone today and everything was amazing! I had the banana ice cream and my wife had the coffee and brownie ice cream—both were delicious. Great flavors and super fresh. We’ll definitely be back!

I waited almost 20 minutes, with only one employee handling all the customers, just to find out that the most popular flavor (chocolate) was completely out. That was really disappointing, especially after such a long wait. The employee was kind and doing their best, but there wasn’t a solution offered to make up for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is the second time this has happened to me at Cold Stone Creamery, and it’s left me feeling frustrated and let down.

Ordered a cake via the app to be delivered for my wife’s birthday. The store called shortly after to say they didn’t have that particular cake. The said they could have it the following day but we’d have to pick it up. They promised the cake would be ready. Just got off the phone. The cake was never made. And the girl (who said she was the only employee in the store) said only a manager could refund the money, including the delivery fee and tip. So, no birthday cake, no refund, and no manager available to address the issue. A horrible way to run a business. There are better options available and we’ll be using them going forward.

This location is horribly run. The employees are clueless and there's never a manager on duty. Placed a $75 delivery order and they just...didn't make or deliver it. Two days in a row. And then the employees (two different girls working two different days) said they couldn't do anything about it. They didn't offer to make it right and said they couldn't refund the money. I've never had an establishment take my money and just refuse to give me what I paid for or refund me. Now we're having to go through corporate to get a refund. I hope Cold Stone replaces the manager/owner of this store soon. This is undoubtedly a management issue.

Absolutely horrible. I’ve noticed that the ownership/management has changed throughout the recent weeks or months. First off, the dishes being used, such as blending items, are not clean, I noticed spots and dried food residue on them all the way from the line. Secondly, some of the toppings out or at least one of them had MOLD on it, and was still being used by what appears to be not just the workers but also management. Third, the prices have continuously gone up even more!! The prices were already a bit steep, but everything is like a dollar more than it was which is terrible. Fourth off, the place is generally filthy, there are BUGS running about, and so many surfaces, windows, floors, etc, are insanely dirty. Next, the place itself seems to be a wreck, the ice cream was so melty, and
