Cold Stone Creamery

I stopped by the Cold Stone in Merrick recently and had a really pleasant experience. The ice cream, as always, was delicious—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. They had a good variety of mix-ins and everything tasted fresh.The staff was friendly and patient, even though it got a bit busy while I was there. The place was clean and well-kept, with a nice atmosphere for a quick treat. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait time was a little long during the rush, but that’s understandable with how popular the place is. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area and craving something sweet!

Should of looked at the reviews before I went here. I came here twice within one or two weeks apart and ordered the banana pudding ice cream. On both occasions I only got the ice cream. Where are the sliced bananas? Where are the Vanilla wafers? Will not be coming back here. Learn how to make the ice cream that is ordered.

What is up Shock Squad it was indeed shock o clock. I was gummin down on this delicious masterpiece of ice cream that Victoria made for me. I didnt know what to order and I told her to suprise me. It turned out to be the greatest piece of craft I have ever gummed down on. You'll be very happy if you end up with this wonderful and extravagant employee.

WARNING Ordered a Special made to order Birthday Cake on Wednesday afternoon 12/4 for an 80th Birthday. I paid in full when I placed the order. Requested a late Friday pickup. I was on my way to the party on Friday 6 PM when I stopped in to pick it up. "NO CAKE" They forgot to make it. They are never going to see me again. I did get a refund. I did not get an apology. I have mentioned this to a few people earlier today and I was told this has happened before. This happened at the Merrick Store.
