Cold Stone Creamery

Visted this past Saturday with my mom and niece, when we walked in there were two people sitting down enjoying ice cream my niece and I walked up to the counter looking at all the options and flavors they had trying to decide. Immediately 3 guys emerged from the back no greeting or anything just staring at us. So I acknowledged them and said "hello" only one of them spoke back. One of them got impatient and walked away. Then the blonde haired guy proceeds to say with an annoyed tone "are you guys ready to order?" I said no we're still deciding. About 2 mins pass and mind you there was no ones else in line behind us only the guests in the lobby and he says "will you guys be ready to order soon...please " I said can you give us a moment no one else is in line waiting. Had a stressful day and the employee Rayhan made my day so much better. I appreciated his customer service, and you can tell he cares. Also the ice cream is delicious. Thank you for the great experience!

It's was a nice day so my family went for an ice cream treat. Cold Stone is one our family favorites. I enjoyed my ice cream and service was fast. This location is surrounded by other food and drink locations. Although this is further I like this location. It also has a nice size parking lot.

Stopped in today for ice cream, and when it was time to check out, I advised the employee of what we got. I was told by said employee that I should have lied, and said we got smalls, as that is what he would have rung us up for. Then when eating the ice cream, I was blessed with not one, but at least two long dark color hairs well mixed up in my ice cream. The second discovered hair is visible in the picture. Needless to say, won’t be returning to this Cold Stone.

Stopped here for dessert and everything was soooo good. Pricey but good.
