Person taking our order was so sweet and patient she was also very helpful. The place was clean. The flavors of the ice cream were so good! I recommend the honey cornbread jelly ice cream don’t knock it til you try it!

Wish I could give no stars after waiting in line for 20 minutes it was time for me to order. However the person taking my order literally skipped over me and took the person behind me. After bringing the to her attention she literally said to her coworker take her order. I am not going to say this was racist but it obviously had to do with color. When a older Caucasian female acts like this toward a black female it's normally racially motivated. This is my first and last time coming to this location.

Very disappointed! We ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday party. After waiting 10 minutes when I first arrived, for them to write the wording on the cake, they handed me the wrong cake. I waited another 25 minutes for them to frost the “correct cake” and was assured it was my cake. However, after cutting into this cake we quickly realized that it was not the correct cake. Wrong ice cream, no mix ins, or middle layer we custom ordered. We paid $95.95 for this disappointment! Please avoid this location if you can. Still waiting to hear from the owner that was supposed to reach out.

onwer of didn't want to fully replace an ice cream cake that was terrible tasting. we usually shop there for all family birthdays they gave me 15 $ back on 45 $ purchase terrible customer service not coming back to this location I will find one in the area he doesn't own

Not a bad place. The location itself could use a little TLC. It had peeling wallpaper, walls seemed a bit dirty, and the counters behind on the back wall definitely need to be replace. A little capital to update the location and you've got a sure fire winner The ice cream however was the standard high, quality Cold Stone that I've always known it to be.
