Cold Stone Creamery

Editing my old review and changing 4 stars to one This used to be one of my go-to Cold Stone locations, but so bad lately. Few times over the summer, store was cluttered and messy, and the waits were very long. The employees were sweet, but look frustrated, maybe because the owner runs a short staff. I started going to Baskin-Robbins. Today I stopped by bc my pregnant daughter was craving Chocolate Devotion with shaved chocolate instead of chips. It was raining, so I thought it would be quieter, but there was still a line and only two girls working. No prices posted anywhere in the store, which is ridiculous! I ordered large family size choc devotion and a small kids strawberry and cotton candy. The girl forgot the brownies, and both kids’ scoops were put in one cup. When I called, And

Always yummy! Great location. Parking close can be tough during the day as there is a grocery store, western bagel, and Halloween store just next door. Staff is always polite and friendly. Birthday cake remix never let's me down, but I dis sample the new Barbie flavor.

I visit this location because the staff is always so pleasant to interact with. They are always happy, smiling and ready to work. They interact with you and ask all the right questions. I leave a tip every time, they earn it..and deserve it.

i came here today with bad experience , i was welcome nicely with the trainee but the leader of the team a lady , scolding the new girl her fellow infront of us the customers se is so bossy woth other co worker and she got a daughter also in the counter and hes nota xomodating mo customer seevice ...and think shes the one that needs training ...!!!!!
