Cold Stone Creamery

We ordered a cake back in June to celebrate and there was an issue with the online order. The manager quickly stepped in and made a possible disaster into a great experience! Even with the few hiccups, he corrected everything with ease and did so within great reasonable time! I appreciate his dedication and kindness. The cakes were amazing, Thanks again for all of your help with making our special day complete !

Generally speaking ice cream is one of my favorite Things but every time I go in here, the workers seem to make it extra special

Cold stone is not like any ice cream you ever had before. The flavor is unsurpassed. Sure they don't have more than 30 flavors...but you can add lots of topping and make your own creation. My favorite? But of course Rocky Road!!!! This time I'm having it with the new chocolate flavor Fudge Truffle. And get what. It awesome.

**UPDATE** THE MANAGER CALLED ME AFTER I SENT AN EMAIL TO CORPORATE. HE HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS GOING ON IN THIS STORE. I will wait and see if it changes and when I am able, I will try again. This location is a joke. I've never had issues at ANY other Cold Stone when they first open for the day. This location is run by children and they are never on time so the stone is not cold when they open. So they tell you they can't mix anything in. What is the point of going to Cold Stone if you can't mix anything in? If I wanted straight ice cream, I'd go to BR. Do better. Have your people come in earlier and be ready to open when you open. Simply ridiculous. I've had nothing but problems at this location. It's such a disappointment when Cold Stone itself is a good company... This location is losing

Sunday Dec. 15th around 1:30 girls are so rude. They don’t even say hi or welcome. They don’t even make eye contact. I don’t recommend this place. The ice cream was almost melted and they barely added any fruit on it. Maybe better go to the one in Ventura. 🙁
