We had the strawberry blonde for ourselves, which was way too sugary but good. Kids got the silk almond milk vegan ice cream with some almonds and sprinkles for toppings. I see a lot of one-star reviews for this place, but our experience was fairly good. The place is way too small, there's not much room for seating there. They, however, do have 2 tables inside, but it was already occupied, and there is no seating arrangement outside either. We ended up standing outside under the small little tree in the 90s heat and got into the car. It would be great if outdoor seating could be taken care of.

Visited this location with my family today and loved the experience. The new management was so friendly and they took their time to make sure we really love our experience. Definitely the best ice cream place around and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. The store was also very well kept and neat in comparison to another branch I had visited in another state some time back. Both the manager and the young lady at the counter were super friendly and did not skimp on portions, we had a really good time!

I had an amazing experience at the Cold Stone in Pleasanton! SYED was incredibly helpful and provided outstanding customer service. He honored my coupon with a smile and made sure I got the freshest cake, which he had just made. It was absolutely delicious. Even though I drove from Dublin, it was totally worth it to get not only the best ice cream but also such exceptional service. Syed’s friendly attitude and attention to detail really made the visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back for more cakes and treats! Highly recommend this location!
